For Wilson Andrew, construction is more than a profession—it is a tradition that began early in life. A second-generation construction professional, Wilson grew up on construction sites alongside his father, an architect and builder. From an early age, he was immersed in the relationship between architecture, construction, and the craft of building, developing an appreciation for proportion, design, detail, and the many disciplines that come together to create a finished space. That early exposure became the foundation for a career in fine residential construction and real estate. Today, as Founder and Principal of Wilson Andrew Construction, he brings that perspective to the renovation and transformation of Manhattan and New York City’s finest residences, with particular experience in co-ops, condominiums, lofts, and landmark properties
Wilson approaches each project with the understanding that every building has its own history, structure, systems, requirements, and character—and every client has a distinct vision. His role is to bring these elements together through thoughtful planning, careful coordination, and disciplined execution. Working closely with owners, architects, interior designers, engineers, building representatives, and skilled trade artisans, Wilson provides personal attention to every project, from pre-construction coordination through completion. His experience in both construction and real estate provides an additional perspective on the property as a whole—its condition, its possibilities, and the considerations that accompany a significant investment in a residence.
